In this week’s episode I had the opportunity to sit down with my very good friend and Director of Recovery Services at Archway House, Mike Conroy. Mike shares openly about his journey. For him anger became an unhealthy coping skill. He he used alcohol more and more to numb his feelings of inadequacy. As Mike continued to live out of alignment alcohol became a bigger problem until Mike reached a tipping point and turned his life around. With over 20 years of sobriety and a passion for helping others mike shares incredible wisdom about the lessons he’s learned that can help all of us.
